Beverley Leisure Complex is to host a new Zumba session for under 25s every Friday from 5-6pm, starting on 2 March.
Zumba eliminates the work from working out by combining Latin and international music with dynamic, yet simple exercise moves, using a unique intermittent training format.
While Zumba embraces all the fundamental principles of fitness, its special secret is how it motivates the body to burn calories efficiently, effectively tone all muscle groups and improve the cardiovascular system.
Fun and music are the two special motivational components. Through the flow of Zumba dances, participants are constantly engaged and entertained.
Coby Kemp, senior assistant facility manager, said: “Zumba is suitable for everyone from teens to senior citizens and I am sure people will love it.”
Sessions cost adults £4.70 and concessions £3.15.
