Blood Sweat & Beers won the Raft Race that was held this weekend on the Beverley Beck.
The event in its second year the race saw 10 rafts enter, 8 making down to the start line and just 7 finishing.
Organised by local Charity N.U.R.S.E. has proven to be a real hit and very popular with those taking part.
Skipper of the winning crew Pete Norton said about the event;
“We made the raft from bits and bobs. We will back next year and be looking forward to making an even faster raft.”
After the race, awards were presented to first, second and third place by deputy Mayor of Beverley.
