Four ultra-distance athletes from Beverley Athletic Club competed in the Woldsman 50-mile Challenge Event last Saturday. The Hornsea 1/3 Marathon attracted a record entry this year and raised much needed funds for Marie Curie Cancer Care. 271 runners completed the 8.7 mile road race organised by the Rotary Club of Hornsea and East Riding.
