East Riding of Yorkshire will be commencing an Insight Poll across the area to gain further insight into public opinion of Primary care.
The aim of the survey is to establish public opinion on dental and pharmaceutical care and general practice at a local level.
A random sample of residents across the East Riding will be involved in the survey activity in order to ensure a fair representation of responses is gained from a wider range of people.
Residents who are called are being asked to take part in the survey, which is expected to take no longer than five minutes
Towards the end of August people will be contacted to complete a survey in relation to Children and Young People and getting the right treatment (GTRT), Out of Hours and Choose and Book.
Janice Sunderland, Associate Director of Corporate Affairs, NHS East Riding of Yorkshire, said: “Insight Polling is a way of collecting high-quality opinion research data to allow us to understand how the local public view important issues. The results will be used to inform the development and improvement of local health services. We hope that those people who are contacted will take the time to complete the survey as their views are important to us.”
