Free girls cricket coaching with full England international cricketers was on offer at Longcroft School sports hall this weekend. Kath Brunt a specialist bowler and Jenny Gunn an all rounder offered their knowledge to youngsters in two very different sessions.
The under 11’s had the first session with the international crickets playing a with a soft ball. Later in the afternoon it was the turn of the 15’s, the nets were set up and a ‘hard’ ball was used. There was plenty of bowling advice being offered up by both England players Jenny Gunn and Kath Brunt.

As the sessions came to a close the girls who took part were given the chance to ask Jenny and Kath questions about their experiences of top flight cricket.
