Friends of Sergeant Michael Lockett today gathered at the soldier’s former school, Longcroft School of Performing Arts in Beverley.
Those who attended included The Lord-Lieutenant of East Yorkshire, Mrs Susan Cunliffe-Lister, The Chairman of East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Councillor Christopher Mathews, The Mayor of Beverley David Elvidge and the Mayoress Ms Janet Morris.
