Hi, beautiful things however not very happy with after sales, I bought some lovely 4foot candle holders for my business & one of the glass shades was broken at a party x needed replacing. I called in approximately 3 weeks ago, left my details, the lady in the showroom assured me she would speak to the rep to see if she could get a replacement & I am still waiting for her call.
Hi, excellent quality and range, and opposite to the previous customer I found the after sales really great. The beautiful cabinet I purchased was when I got it home just 3mm to wide, they altered the top for me at no extra cost. I also like being ‘free to browse’ with no pressured sales, but they are very helpful when answering any questions.
