The caterers of Beverley Minster held a shoppers lunch, on the menu was beef stew and dumplings and the crowds certainly turned up to enjoy a hot meal in the Minster Parish Hall.
The idea behind the lunches which run every three weeks or so is to attract more people from the centre of Beverley to the Minster and have proved to be very popular with visitors and locals.
