Beverley car fanatics will soon be going green with envy as the Classic Car Show returns to the town.
On Wednesday 23 June, the whole of the town will be a giant car park with some of the finest, and occasionally outright bizarre, examples of classic automobiles in Britain on show.
The evening event means there’ll be no parking in the town. From Sow Hill to Toll Gavel, owners will proudly display their amazing cars and will be only too happy to chat to anyone who’s interested.
Last year’s event proved immensely popular and given good weather, Beverley will again be a fantastic place to be.
With the Wednesday Market ‘piazza’, the lively Saturday Market pubs and bars, and the quiet sophistication of North Bar Within – coupled with a lack of parking spaces in the centre of town – a few drinks and a walk or taxi home will be the ideal way to enjoy this great event.
