Beverley Leisure Complex is pleased to announce a new sport session for adults of all ages.
Ultimate Frisbee is a fun, non-contact invasion game which incorporates aspects from other team sports such as American football, netball and basketball.
The game is played using a disk or Frisbee where the object of the game is to score a goal by completing a pass to a player standing in the opposition’s end zone.
Sessions take place every Monday at Beverley Leisure Complex on the outdoor field, from 6.15pm to 7.15pm, priced at £2 with a free taster session on Monday, 21 June.
