A Wednesday Market shop is giving people the chance to drink wine for charity.
Amanti, the furniture and gift shop, is hosting a wine tasting evening on Thursday 24 June to raise money for Guide Dogs.
There will also be a raffle to raise funds and a couple of guide dogs will be present to say hello and to emphasise the value of supporting the charity.
Amanti told HU17.net:
“We’ve got a great evening planned – there’ll be a range of wines to taste and prizes for anyone who guesses them all right (don’t worry, it’s multiple choice).
“I think drinking wine for charity appeals to most people so I believe it will be a popular event!”
Tickets cost £10 and all money will got to the Guide Dogs charity. Number are limited and tickets can be bought from the at 15a Wednesday Market, by telephone on 863733 or be email at enquiry@amantidirect.co.uk.
