Beverley Town CC 1st XI made it two wins on the bounce as they comprehensively beat Acomb at the Norwood Recreation Ground on Saturday.
Following on from their victory at Woodhouse Grange the previous week, they romped to a six wicket defeat of the York side.
Three wickets apiece for Peter Parnaby and Steve Blake restricted the visitors to 219-8, a good effort in the field on a typically good pitch.
In reply, Jon Fisher continued his excellent form scoring 71 and with Iain Gillyon scoring a superb 79, Beverley cruised to 222-4 and a 30-point haul.
The result sees Beverley climb to eighth in the York and District Senior Cricket League Premier Division.
