Jockey Walks Away After Coming Off His Horse

David Simmonson had a lucky escape at Beverley Races.

On board Aygous in 5pm Yorkshire Racing Summer Festival Starts Saturday Handicap Stakes, Simmonson was thrown his off his mount out of the stalls as Aygous lost his footing.

Miraculously, Simmonson walked away unharmed after his fall.

The race was won by Graham Gibbons on First Swallow.
