Inter Beaver’s second pre-season friendly ended in a 2-1 defeat against an energetic Beverley Town side.
After Beverley went into the break 2-0 ahead, Inter Beaver pulled one back on 60 minutes through Nicky Moy who pounced onto a loose ball after a Stew Scott effort was well saved by the Beverley keeper.
Stew Scott came close to getting an equaliser in the last 10 minutes when hitting the crossbar from a tight angle but Beverley came away with a win.
