Beverley RUFC entertain unbeaten Stockport on Saturday at Beaver Park in a National League 3 (North) fixture (Kick off 3 p.m.). Games between these two sides are invariably close, hard fought affairs and Saturday is unlikely to prove to be any different.
Although the Beavers lost narrowly at Lymm last weekend, they had a much depleted side and, despite the replacements all playing very well, the side’s lack of cohesion cost it.
Training this week has not been particularly well attended, and it is difficult to select a side until Thursday night .It is hoped that that most of those missing from last week’s side will be fit to return.
Certainly skipper Dave Worrall and influential playmaker Junior Tupai will be back although the latter, having just stepped of a plane from New Zealand, may not start. Hopefully Tony Riby-French, Chris Harding and Glen Walden will also be available again thus giving a much more familiar look to the squad.

Beverley 2nds entertain Hornsea in an East Yorks Merit Div 1 match and, as a result of players returning from first team duty should have a much stronger squad than last week. Kick off is 3.p.m.
