On target for Beverley were Michael O’connell and Jonny Vodden.
Michael O’connell opened the scoring after a mix up in defence allowed him to sneak in behind the keeper and score into an open goal.
Jonny Vodden doubled the lead with strike shortly after wards before Ricketts scored a consolation late in the match.
