Beverley Town Reserves clocked up a home win beating Park Athletic at the Norwood Recreation Ground.
Louis Stockman opened the scoring for Town with Glenn Rushton adding a second with a sublime free kick. Athletic pulled one back late on making for a nervous finish for the home side.
Town Manager Phil Moses said:
“We did well today though there is still room for improvement. As team we need to finish off the opposition. I think we are two or three signings away from being serious title contenders.”
