And it’s even more difficult when there’s the threat of biscuits and chocolates staring you in the face every time you open the store cupboard door. Is it any wonder you just can’t muster up the energy and jump out of bed like you used to?”
Karina has a Diploma in Natural Nutrition and is a member of the Institute of Complementary and Natural Medicine. She explains:
“When going on a diet some foods can create havoc with digestion. Usually a diet requires a number of foods to be eliminated and when we start eating those foods again it can create intolerances with embarrassing side-effects.”
“I used to suffer from stomach problems such as; awful bloating uncomfortable and irregular bowel function, stomach cramps, low energy and foggy brain – which made day-to-day living at times quite embarrassing and distressing. Now I know the root causes and how to avoid it. It’s such a relief to understand which foods can eradicate gut wrenching pains, so I can just crack on with my fun and fulfilling days.”
“The people that I work with tell me that they have suffered in silence for years and just thought it was part of everyday life. I am keen to demonstrate this is simply not the case.”
