Beverley Local Action Team wants to know what it is like to live in Tickton and give residents the opportunity to be more involved in local decision making.
We have worked closely with the parish council to organise a street surgery and representatives from the police, fire, and council will be out on the streets of Tickton along with local councillors on Wednesday, 6 July between 4 and 6.30pm. They will be asking residents about life in Tickton, if they have any issues that they would like help with, and for ideas on possible solutions. They are also on hand to answer any questions you may have.
We will be meeting at the village hall before setting off. Please pop out to chat to us on the following streets:
Scotts Garth Drive 4.15pm
Green Lane 4.30pm
Scotts Garth Close 4.45pm
Carr Lane 5.00pm
Main Street 5.15pm
St Pauls 5.30pm
Churchfields 5.45pm
The times are approximate but we will keep to the route. If the weather is really bad, we will be in the village hall.
If we aren’t going to be on your street and you would struggle to get to one of those highlighted and want to speak to us, please contact Vicky Bolton, Beverley Local Action Officer, on 01482 391466 or vicky.bolton@eastriding.gov.uk to make alternative arrangements or with any other questions.
