Councillor Elvidge also warned of the car parking restrictions on Sunday.
He said: “There’s a warning to those parking in Town on Saturday.
“It would be wise to heed this as from 0600 on Sunday any cars still parked there will be lifted and a fine must be paid for their return.
“East Riding of Yorkshire Council will put warning notices up beforehand.”
