A lone piper brought to an end the third Beverley Armed Forces Day.
A big crowd gathered for the closing of the event, after having been well entertained over the course of the day.
Highlights included a full drum head service, a fly-by by the legendary Tiger Moth biplane and a performance from the Beverley Pipe Band.
Popular attractions, especially for the younger visitors, included a climbing wall and the chance to see inside a Scimitar fighting vehicle.
Veterans and members of the Royal British Legion marched alongside members of Beverley’s Air, Sea and Army Cadets, while the crowd were also treated to music from St Nicholas Primary School Choir, Humberside Police Concert Band, Beverley Male Voice Choir and the Prince of Wales Division Band.
