Despite the bad weather thousands have braved the elements to be at Beverley Races ladies Day.
There were some shelters provided by Beverley Racecourse though some race goers were leaving early however said it will not stop them coming back next year.
It was not so much the rain that but the fact people were starting to get cold, some ladies told us they were off back home to get dry and have a nice cup of tea.

Wet wet wet! Infect some of the ladies or should I say Ladets needed a P so as they left they P down York Road, bit liked the cows do. As one witness said ” they dud not even have Knicks on”As there was a decent police present in Beverley town centre only a few door ways had puke in this morning!
I am sure the Hull Iites with their foul mouth language carried on as normal.
May be if the mail increased the entrance fee to £50 each it may give the decent lady’s a chance. Lady’s day more like slappers day again!
