Saturday evening after a surprisingly light dinner of cold meats with fruit and uncut bread, it being a nice night the Elvidge-Morris partnership decided to go for a walk and of Janet wanted to take her camera, just as well as we encountered new neighbours.
Heading out of Beverley Janet and I came across this trio of Alpaca in a field and we even manged a nice chat with the proud new parents or should that be owners.
They were a little timid, as they’ve only been here for a couple of weeks (the Alpaca not the owners). It was great to hear that two of the herd / flock are pregnant and after eleven months will produce their offsprings, so looking forward to Spring.
Stopping off at Eager Beaver on the way home for a drink we encountered more wildlife watching the Newcastle – Arsenal game, no pictures from that encounter though.
