Town Move Upto Sixth In Humber Premier League

Beverley Town have moved up to sixth place in the Humber Premier League with comfortable victory over Bridlington Sports Club.

Two second half goals were enough to secure Town all three points and claim back to back wins. The first goal came from Nathan White while the second was credited as an own goal.

The match was ended early by match referee Leslie Towse due to an injury to a Bridlington Sports Club player who required an ambulance.

Town’s next fixture is this Tuesday when they will face Chalk Lane who beat St Andrews 5 – 0.
