London Theatre Voices will be making a welcome return to the Toll Gavel United Church, Beverley, on Thursday 13 October 2011 at 7.30pm with ‘A Night at the West End.’
Four singers Julie Dawn Lloyd (soprano), Deborah Davison (mezzo soprano), Ben Kerslake (tenor) and Paul Sheehan (baritone) join together as the London Theatre Voices to provide a concert of vocal variety.
Many different musical events happen in London from church music to rap.
The London Theatre Voices are coming back to Beverley and will perform numbers from the concert halls, opera houses and West End theatres of London.
Many genres will be explored from madrigals and musicals to songs and opera.
The members of the group have a wide range of musical styles and aim to showcase their enthusiasm at Beverley. The first half will be a whistle stop tour of Bizet’s Opera Carmen.
