Two industry-leading local businesses are merging to offer a wide-range of eco-friendly solutions to householders and businesses alike.
Miller Clear Plumbing Services Ltd and Griffin Electrical are joining forces to become Miller Griffin Ltd. As well as offering plumbing and electrical services, the new company is also branching out into renewable energy.
Stephen Miller founded his business in 1993, since when he has earned an enviable reputation for excellence in dealing with all plumbing and drainage issues.
Griffin Electrical, under Paul Griffin, has, for a number of years, provided quality, experience and expertise on a wide range of electrical services. Paul is highly trained and works to national electrical regulations and standards.
As well as the above skills, the merger will see Miller Griffin Ltd providing a new range of services, most notably renewable energy.
Stephen has been passionate about renewable energy since building his Eyecohome in Beverley in 2009. His current project is Miller Griffin’s very own eco-friendly showroom which is due to be completed and open for display at the end of October 2011.
The pair hope this will give Miller Griffin an opportunity to demonstrate and educate the general public, as well as architects and surveyors, about the new services and technologies of renewable energy systems.
Stephen and Paul told HU17.net: “This merger of our two companies, both of which are industry leaders in their own right, will bring complementary skills and strengths to our new company.
“Miller Griffin Ltd stands to benefit greatly from amalgamating the strengths of both companies while adopting the best of each, including the experience of key personnel from both sides.
“We are confident that this will create a company that will benefit customers more than before.”
