Beverley Bonfire and Fireworks 2011

For over 30 years the Beverley Lions Club has provided a great spectacle on 5th November each year for the people of Beverley and surrounding area.

Once again the Lions are presenting the Annual Bonfire and Fireworks display on Saturday, 5th November on the Beverley Westwood Common.

The Bonfire will be lit at 7.15pm by the President of the Club, Paul James, with assistance from the Mayor of Beverley, Cllr. Peter Astell.  A professional display of fireworks will follow at 7.45pm.

There will be no admission charge but a bucket collection will be made to help cover the costs of the fireworks- £3,500 this year.  So please look for the collectors and contribute towards our costs.
