Keely Forward Scores Three As United Silence The Bells

A Keely Forward hat-trick helped Mill Lane United U14s to a comprehensive 7 – 3 win over Brayton Belles at Broadgates in the East Riding Girls Football League.

Emma Smith helped herself to brace with Emma Johnson and super sub Millie O’Neil also getting on the score sheet for United as they made it seven wins in seven for the season.

The victory keeps United hot on the tails of league leaders Malet Lambert YC who are six points clear at the top of the table.

United though have three games in hand on their title rivals and are the only side in their division with a 100% record.

Next weekend United will take a break from the league as they turn their attentions to the Tesco Cup. United have a tricky away fixture at Sydney Smith School where they will face Costello F.C. ‘Fillies’ U14 who are third in their league.
