Molescroft Rangers beat Beverley Town Beavers in the local derby at the Beverley Leisure Centre.
It was only Rangers third win in the East Riding County League though victory over Beverley Town lifts them out of the bottom three.
In results elsewhere the Lord Nelson was beaten 9 – 1 by Driffield Rangers, the defeat leaves the Lord Nelson with just 3 points a minus 32 goal difference.
Hodgons FC Reserves continued their good form with a crushing 8 – 2 win away at Heddon Rangers Reserves. The Tanners sit comfortably in fourth place in the table and move to within just two points of league leaders St Georges FC.
