What you can get up to.
MOD ROAK SCULPTURE
In this workshop, you will get the opportunity to create your own mini-sculpture out of wire and plaster (mod-rock). The sculptures will be about 30cms high, so they can be taken home easily.
The day will start the by looking at other sculptors work, getting some inspiration and then you will be able to make wire armatures and after lunch cover them in plaster. At the end of the afternoon you will have the opportunity to paint your sculpture and then create a mini-exhibition for family and friends to see.
STREET DANCE
You’ve seen it on TV and the big screen and now it’s your chance to learn the moves of Diversity and Flawless. Join Samantha for a full on day of fun and creativity as you move to the beat to some of the hippest street dance around. No experience is necessary, just desire to join in the energy that will make this a day to remember.
TALENTS CHALLENGE 2012
If you have a creative musical influenced talent, this workshop is for you. We are looking for potential musicians, singer/songwriters, rappers, dancers, lion tamers, and jugglers to join our Talent Challenge 2012. The fun packed day will lead to a short performance at the end of the workshop.
These workshops will be inclusive and welcoming for all abilities. The emphasis will be on having creative fun and exploring music together. This will be Britain’s Got Talent, X Factor and Glee Club all rolled into one without the judging panel!
Electric piano and electro/acoustic guitar will be available along with many percussion instruments for you to use. Please feel free to bring your own musical instrument.
