Tapas nights at The Barn House Walkington

The Barn House in Walkington is delighted to offer a traditional tapas menu, served with acoustic entertainment on Friday 9 March and Friday 23 March at 7pm.

With 14-16 Traditional Tapas Dishes included on the menu and a glass of sangria, The Barnhouse Tapas nights are a great way to brighten up the winter as we head into Spring time.

Niki Clappison, owner of The Barn House says:
“Traditional tapas are canapés and finger food originating from Spain and come in many different varieties made from anything from a piece of skewered marinated chicken with a cocktail onion and olive to cheeses, Spanish meats & sausages in miniature clay dishes with delicious flavours. Tapas is very much a part of the Spanish culture and we are delighted to bring some of that to Walkington.”

“At The Barn House we re-create the much loved dishes and create a great ambiance with our live acoustic music by local musician, Laura Douse.”

“This is a great way to socialise, chat and eat really good food, prepared with passion.”

Tables are available to be booked for 6-8 people. Tickets are £25 on the night – includes all 14-16 dishes and glass of sangria. The bar is open until 11pm.
