Both teams played their part in a point well earned for both teams.
Beverley Whitestar whom had not started a league game since November started at a slower pace to Pinefleet who scored first when a break away from Midfield was well finished.
For Beverley James Busby and Joe Wilson worked well in midfield but were supported also by the lively Tom Bruce on the wide wing.
Beverley front two Ollie Baldwin and Dan Baillie had little to work off but did create chances of their own. Early in the second half Pinefleet doubled their lead when a free kick was clipped in to the corner of the net.
Beverley then woke up and played a good spell of football netting reward when Dane Baillie finished well.
Beverley drew level when Dennis Bailey despatched a free kick into the Pinefleet net. Beverley had changes to win the game but found the Pinefleet keeper on good form to keep the game at 2-2 for the final whistle.
