Three Beverley Ladies To Compete In Miss Hull and District 2012

The Miss Hull and District Pageant will be taking place on friday 30th March at The country Park Inn. 27 beauties from across the region will be battling it out to win the title Miss Hull and District.

The finalists will compete over four rounds. A pre show interview with the judges, casual wear, Eco Wear (an outfit created from recycled materials by the finalists) and Traditional evening wear.

During the run up to the pageant the finalists will be raising money for the Joshua Foundation, a charity for children with terminal cancer.

Stephanie Jane Walker from Beverley will be doing a sponsored swim, Jessie Palmer from Bishop Burton will be doing a 12 hour non stop cycle at fit 24 gym and then heading to Pozition Club for a charity kissing booth, strictly on the cheek! Kirstie Mcall from Molescroft is also competing for the crown and says she is going to work harder than ever to impress the judges

On the night of the final certain awards will be handed out to the girls such as the Miss Charity award which will go to the girl who raises the most money for the Joshua Foundation. The Miss Eco award will go to the girl who is voted best and most creative Eco outfit and the Miss Congeniality award will go to the most friendly and popular girl at the pageant, this award is voted for by all the finalists.

Previous Miss Hull and District winners include Hannah Rowe Miss Hull and District 2009 from Beverley, Abbie Bulleyment Miss Hull and District 2010 from Beverley and Cally Beech Miss Hull and District 2011 from kirkella. Can another Beverley girl scoop the crown again this year?

Prizes for the winer include the Miss Hull and District luxury sash and crown, a model portfolio to kick start her modeling career, a full years free hairdressing courtesy of Touch Up cook hair Salon to keep her looking at her best.
