Sainsbury’s Staff Pass Through Beverley On Sports Relief Quest

Four men who all work for Sainsbury’s passed through Beverley earlier in the week as they look to cycle 220 miles in just four days for Sport Relief.

Ian Wassell, Dean Oxley, Steve Emmerson and Paul Mackintosh set off from Middlesbrough on Tuesday and are scheduled to arrive in Darlington later today.

The stopped off at Kubana Bar & Grill for a light bite and a drink before setting off on their final leg of the day’s journey to Pocklington.

Thousands of people up and down the country will today take part in events to raise money for Sports Relief 2012.

On Sunday hundreds are expected at Beverley Racecourse to either walk or run a mile as they too lend their support to this worthwhile charity.
