Molescroft Rangers Reserves were beaten three nil at the Beverley Leisure Centre by Newland Young Boys.
Rangers are still five points clear of the drop zone in the East Riding County League Division Four.
With a five point buffer Rangers should be confident of avoiding the drop with just six games remaining.
Next weekend Molescroft Rangers are again at home as they welcome second placed Skirlaugh Reserves to the Beverley Leisure Centre.
