Beverley Town Reserves were knocked out of the Dean Cup as they were beaten 2 – 0 at the Norwood Recreation Ground.
A goal in each half by the visitors Greyhound FC sealed the fate of the Beverley side who were unable to find the target.
The home side should have had a penalty in the first half after the Greyhound keeper brought down a Town forward in the box but match referee William Pharoah saw nothing wrong with the challenge.
Final Score: Beverley Town Reserves 0 Greyhound FC 2
