Beverley Town CC 1st XV drew with Sheriff Hutton in the York & District Senior Cricket League at the Norwood Recreation Ground.
Batting first Beverley scored a credible 218, Peter Groves scored 51 with Fisal Abid chipping in with a good 51.
In reply the visitors managed to score 181 for the loss of eight wickets with Matthew Mudd once again a star performer for Beverley with bowling figures of 4/39.
