RUGBY LEAGUE : First Meeting Of New Committee

Beverley ARLC will hold their Annual General Meeting Monday evening on the 18th June at the Hodgsons Pub commencing 7.30pm.

It promises to be a busy meeting with a new head coach in the shape of Guy Adams place and new members on the committee.

There are many topics up for discussion such as pre-season training and also player recruitment. The likely make-up of the Hull & District League may be discussed. The league has suffered a loss of numbers due to the drive for a harmonised March to November playing season by the RFL.

The Hull & District League remains determined to retain winter rugby along with the Pennine and Yorkshire Leagues. The North West Counties, Cumberland and National Conference leagues have adopted the March to November season to align themselves with the professional game.

The meeting is open to the public and anyone with an interest in Beverley RLFC are entitled to attend.
