The East Yorkshire Thoroughbred Car Club will be holding their Annual Midsummer Historic & Classic Vehicle Gathering in Saturday Market & Toll Gavel, Beverley From 6pm to 9pm on Wednesday 20th June 2012 as the Beverley Car Show take place.
In total 250 entries have been received, and as usual there will be a wonderful spectacle of Historic Cars, Motor Cycles and Scooters from the 1920s to the 1990s, with something to interest everyone.
Those favourites of yesteryear, pre war Austin Sevens and Tens, A30, A35, A40, A55 andA60 Cambridge will be represented.
Morris Eight’s, Morris Minors, Minis, and Oxfords. Riley RM’s, Wolseley Hornet and 16/60, MG Magnette and MG Sports cars, Vauxhall Victors and Vivas. Morgan’s and Jaguars, Triumph’s and Sunbeam’s, Rovers and Volkswagen’s to Rolls Royce and Mercedes Benz, and many more including famous Motorcycles from Ariel, Triumph, Velocette, Norton and BSA.
Honda and Suzuki, Lambretta and Vespa Scooters. Come along and marvel at these wonderful machines lovingly presented by their enthusiastic owners.
The public car parks will be open, but the Saturday Market and Toll Gavel areas of Beverley will be closed to public traffic (except Taxis) for the duration of this event.
