Duncan James, TV Presenter, West-End Leading man and singer in successful boy-band Blue took time out of his hectic schedule this week to attend the launch night of Lucca bar and kitchen based on Princes Avenue in Hull and a quick spot of relaxation at The Barn House, Walkington where he enjoyed much more than a comfortable night’s sleep.
Duncan says:
“I had a great time in East Yorkshire, it’s a huge contrast to city life. The countryside is a like a breath of fresh air and The Barn House is at the very heart of it. I found it such a welcoming and relaxing environment but unfortunately I couldn’t stay long as I had to get back to the studio in London to record some new material with Blue but I will most definitely be back in the near future as they are offering brand new ‘En-handsome’ treatments specifically to enable men to look after their body and mind better.
Just one visit and I feel invigorated and ready to get back to work. It may have been a quick visit to East Yorkshire but I do love to get away from the city and embrace the countryside. The Barn House in Walkington was very welcoming and made my experience staying there very relaxing. Unfortunately I couldn’t stay long as I had to be back in London to record the new album for Blue.
I most definitely will be returning to stay longer and experience the ‘En-handsome’ treatments that are tailored for men to look after their mind and body, which I love to do. Even though I feel invigorated and ready to get back to work, I really did not want to leave!”
