On the 29th July Real Aid held their first ever Teddy Bears Picnic and Summer Fayre at Tickton Village Hall. It was a fantastic family orientated fun day out. There was a Big Teddy Bears Picnic and Treasure Hunt/Best Bears Competition (judged by King Teddy of Tickton).
There were lots to see and do, including the Dog Show and Competition which was generously organised by Beverley Westwood Dog Training Club, plus, Stilt walkers, Tombola’s, dancers and a variety of different stalls East Yorkshire Town Crier Mr Michael Wood opened the event. Local radio station 99.8 KCFM broadcast their show live from the event.
This event was to raise awareness and to support Real Aid’s local projects in East Yorkshire.
