Tenants and residents across the East Riding are invited to a family information and fun day at Beverley Leisure Complex on Tuesday, 14 August, from 10am-3pm.
This free event, jointly sponsored by the council’s housing services and Beverley and Rural Community Partnership, will be attended by a number of services and will also include a host of fun activities for children, including face painting and free prize draw to win a brand-new bike.
Over 20, service providers have confirmed attendance, including Humberside Police, Humberside Fire and Rescue Service, Healthy Eating Bus, FISH, Age UK, Credit Union and the council’s housing and sport, play and arts services.
The aim is to provide information on a wide range of services available to the public in the East Riding, whether as a tenant or a resident, in an informal and friendly setting and to promote the involvement of tenants in the delivery of housing services.
