Skipper Tim Smith lost the toss, and his side were put into bat. League Champions Beverley were bowled out scoring a total of 136, Olly Grantham leading the way with 40.
In reply, Whitkirk took just 37 overs to reach the required target; the visitors top scorer was Phil Handley, who ended his innings on 43 runs.
