Sheffield Wednesday Girls entertained Mill Lane United Girls in a friendly match at Sheffield.
It was a tough first game of the season for Mill Lane United who battled well in the first half to go in at the break 2-1 down after an Alex Clarke goal for the away side.
End to end play resulted in superb saves from both goalkeepers with Mill Lane’s goalkeeper earning player of the match.
A highly entertaining game that was a credit to both sides with Sheffield Wednesday Girls taking the spoils at the end 3-1.
