Festival organiser James Harper said:
“We can’t believe how exciting it is to be finally putting on a full scale real ale festival in Beverley! The town has always been lucky enough to have many good pubs serving excellent local ales so we hope with a selection of over 40 real ales and ciders on offer we should temp quite a few real ale and cider lovers through the doors of St Marys Church.”
“We are so grateful to our sponsors and supporters for helping us put together a really great event for the town and the prospect of holding the event in such an amazing iconic building makes the festival that much more exciting!”
“We have a fantastic selection of ales and ciders for everyone to try at Beverley’s very first Real Ale Festival. Hopefully, the weekend will have something for everyone, whether you’re a real ale & cider lover or just want to have a good fun day out with friends and family, the Beverley Real Ale Festival will be a weekend to remember!”
