Jo Pierce helped raise over £550 for MacMillan Cancer Support by holding a ladies pamper night at Lazaat Hotel.
Around 130, people attended an evening and their support to worthwhile cause.
Money was raised through the sale of raffle tickets, and from donations made by stall holders and traders at the event.
Jo said;
“People seemed to really enjoy the night; the Swish event proved to be really popular, we have never tried it before though will certainly be doing it again.”
Jo will host another event later in the year, on November 10th, she will be holding a fashion show with a three-course meal.
Jo Said;
“We are doing something different this year; we will be working with a new set of local boutiques and other fashion retailers.”
