The Humber Colts lost their second consecutive game as they were beaten Swanfield FC 3 – 1.
This was always going to be a tough match for the Colts against a team who last season were relegated from the Premier League.
The result could have been worse; Swanfield were awarded what appeared to be a soft penalty, but a fine save from Colts keeper Luke Coxon ensured the score line was not worse.
Next weekend, the Humber Colts will face a far easier task as they travel to Kirkella to play bottom club AFC Star Inn.
