Beverley RUFC’s second team remained unbeaten in the league with after 37-8 win against Scarborough at Beaver Park.
The whole team played very well but the backs, in particular, gelled together this week to produce an outstanding performance that made a strong opposition look average at best.
Jamie Gill used his outstanding boot to take advantage of the wind & keep the opposition pinned in their own 22 and demoralised with try after try.
Jamie rubbed salt in their wounds by kicking two superb drop goals.
Beverley RUFC’s seconds are hoping to see a regular return of Gill after his season at another club. With more players set to return to the 1st & 2nd team the sides in the club are playing very well and are getting stronger week by week.
