Hodgsons FC slumped to their fifth defeat of the season as they were beaten 2 – 0 by Chalk Lane at Bishop Burton College.
Defeat sees Hodgsons FC slip into the bottom three of the Humber Premier League, but they do have a game in hand on the teams around them at the foot of the table.
The Tanners next weekend will travel to Hull University where they will face Reckitts AFC in the East Riding Senior Cup.
