I would appeal to everyone and in particular, all those organisations that over the years have received support form The Beverley Lions to step forward and offer to help steward Beverley Bonfire Night.
Stewards should be on the Westwood for 5:30 pm on Monday 5th November where they will be briefed by The Lions on what they need to do.
I believe that by working together we can ensure this event continues to provide the area with one of its most important community events.
